These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using Cre8sites’ website and services. By accessing our website or availing of our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Offered

Cre8sites provides web services, including but not limited to:

  • WordPress website development
  • Website customization
  • Domain and hosting setup
  • Website maintenance services
  • Digital solutions related to website optimization

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Structure

Client agrees to the following payment structure:

  • 50% Advance Payment – Before the project starts
  • 30% Mid-Project Payment – After basic structure is ready
  • 20% Final Payment – Before final website delivery

2.2 Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Razorpay.
  • All payments are non-refundable, except under certain conditions (see Section 3).

2.3 Late Payment Policy

  • If a payment is delayed beyond 3 days, the project may be paused until payment is received.
  • If the final payment is not made within 7 days, the project may be terminated without refund.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • If the client cancels before work starts, a 100% refund is given, except for domain and hosting costs.
  • If canceled within 3-4 days of project initiation, ₹1071 per working day will be deducted, along with ₹2500 for domain & hosting (if purchased).
  • If canceled after 5+ days, no refund is provided.

3.2 Developer-Initiated Cancellation

  • If CRe8sites is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided (except for domain and hosting costs, which will be transferred to the client).

4. Scope of Work

  • The website will be built using WordPress + Elementor Pro.
  • The development includes basic design, mobile responsiveness, SEO setup, and essential plugins.
  • Additional features like e-commerce, advanced functionalities, or custom plugins are not included unless separately agreed upon.

5. Revisions & Modifications

  • Additional revisions will be charged at ₹500 per request.
  • Any new feature requests after final delivery will be treated as a separate project and billed accordingly.

6. Domain & Hosting

  • If the domain and hosting are provided by CRe8sites, it will only be transferred after full payment.
  • The client is responsible for renewing the domain and hosting after the first year.

7. Website Ownership & Handover

  • The client gets full ownership of the website only after full payment.
  • Website files, admin access, and backups will not be provided until full payment is completed.
  • If the final payment is not made within 7 days of project completion, CRe8sites has the right to disable the website until payment is received.

8. Liability & Warranty

  • CRe8sites is not responsible for any data loss, hacking, or server issues after website handover.
  • Security and maintenance services are available separately at an additional cost.
  • If the client modifies the website after delivery and issues arise, Cre8sites will not be responsible.

9. Confidentiality & Copyright

  • All content, images, and text provided by the client must be original and legally owned by them.
  • Cre8sites is not responsible for any copyright claims against the website content.
  • Until full payment is received, CRe8sites retains copyright over the website design and code.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.
  • If a resolution is not reached, legal action will be subject to the jurisdiction of Uttarakhand, India.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By making the first payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that they have read and understood them.
